Before the Visit
You will receive confirmation of the date, time, and location in advance
Any required consent forms, questionnaires, or rating scales will be completed ahead of time
Guidance will be provided regarding parking space (for driveway-based sessions) and privacy considerations
Your child should be well-rested, have eaten, and bring a snack and water if appropriate

Arrival & Setup
The mobile unit will arrive at the scheduled time and park in the agreed-upon location
Sessions take place inside a private, professionally designed cargo van
The space is quiet, calm, and child-friendly, with all necessary materials prepared in advance
Parents may remain nearby, but sessions are conducted one-on-one unless otherwise discussed

During the Session
Depending on the service, your child may participate in:
Counseling activities focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, or problem-solving
Structured tasks related to a psychoeducational evaluation
Short breaks as needed to support attention and comfort
Sessions are paced carefully to match your child’s developmental level, attention span, and emotional needs.

Parent Communication
Parents will receive brief check-ins as appropriate
For evaluations, a separate feedback session will be scheduled to review results and recommendations
Ongoing communication occurs through secure, professional channels

After the Visit
Any follow-up steps, recommendations, or additional appointments will be clearly outlined
Written reports (when applicable) are completed according to professional guidelines
Coordination with schools or outside providers occurs only with proper consent
