Mobile Evaluations & Counseling

Student Success Today offers mobile psychoeducational evaluations and counseling services designed to meet children where they are—literally and figuratively. Rather than requiring families to travel to an office, services are delivered through a thoughtfully designed mobile counseling and assessment unit or via secure telehealth.

This model removes common barriers such as transportation challenges, missed school time, and limited access to services—allowing students to receive support when it matters most.

Mobile services are provided from a professionally outfitted cargo van that functions as a private, welcoming workspace for counseling and psychoeducational evaluations. The space is intentionally designed to be:

Calm, confidential, and distraction-reduced

Child-friendly and developmentally appropriate

Equipped with materials required for IDEA-aligned psychoeducational assessments

Suitable for short-term, focused counseling sessions

Mobile services are offered at community locations, approved private school sites (prior authorization required), or at the child’s residence via driveway-based sessions, as appropriate to the service provided.
